(Content follows Monday nights, just now the repeat is in English.)
As children and teenagers, we can't wait to become adults. And when we finally did, we quickly realized that adulting is surprisingly hard and tedious, and the demands of daily life can be exhausting.
However, there are some people who are obviously coping much better than others, who manage to be authentically happy and remain optimistic despite living through at times even extremely difficult circumstances.
How is that possible?! As it turns out, there are good reasons for this. These people have mental habits that keep them emotionally balanced and happy. And we can all learn them!
In this series, we explore and practise Buddhist views and meditations through which we can develop those mental habits that bring lightness and joy into our lives and transform us authentically happy people.
Everyone welcome!
All classes are drop-in classes. They are suitable for beginners and also offer plenty of inspiration for people who wish to deepen their understanding of meditation and/or Buddhist practice. No need for special clothing, come as you are.
