In this series, we look at how various painful emotions arise through the lens of Buddhist psychology. We explore meditations and perspectives that allow us spot the development of painful emotions more quickly and that help us steer our mind in a more beneficial direction.

All classes are drop-in classes. They are suitable for beginners and also offer plenty of inspiration for people who wish to deepen their understanding of meditation and/or Buddhist practice. No need for special clothing, come as you are.
